SHIPPING:
In-stock backdrops ship the same day if your order is received before 2 PM ET. Out of stock items: allow 2-3 weeks for manufacturing (depending on size) and 1-7 days for shipping.

RETURNS:
Returns are allowed only on our-fault defective merchandise. We are not a service where you can buy a backdrop, do your shoot, and return the backdrop for refund. Doesn't work that way. You must obtain return authorization and enclose information on date of purchase, invoice / paypal record.
